i bought them off a good seller off aquabid who has been breeding and selling since 2007. i think. hes also one of the best macrostoma videos on youtube. it was hard to believe but i contact him on and off for the past 3-5 days. so we made a deal. i buy 8 for $200 + $40 shipping and he also gave me 1 FREE... and i still have DOA policy. yeah its for myself. ima raised them until they get big. and then pair them up .

how are you working out your water situation with the macros. I see alot of sites stating that macros and other mouth brooders are extremly water sensitive. are you simply using RO water or do you have other plans to monitor and adjust the ph?

their PH gap is huge compare to a lot other fish, they say the most concern is the ammonia stuff. clean water will provide healthy ones. and with my system going. the water is clear and seem to be doing good. so im hoping for the bets and being positive. i will be doing basic water changes with Aquasafe water. of almost the same temperature.

the simplex is from my old seller. but he hardly replys so its getting on my nerves. so thats why i went to find more sellers and negotiate, it took me 45mins this morning working out a deal for the HMPK orders for myself. 4 pairs of hmpks + 1 wild imbelis pair since he has a friend who has a imbelis farm.

with MAC's you have to separate them as they get bigger, or else the dominate male will grow and the other ones will slow down their growth. so its 9 juvies im hoping to at least get 2 pairs. or else more females than males. but it dose not matter. at least some females.
