DIY, Baby Brine Shrimp Hatchery (LONG TERM + REUSEABLE + LIKE THE STORE HATCHERY QUALITY)
THE FINAL result for my DIY BabyBrineShrimp Hatchery
***STEP 1***
Take a Air-Stone and take out the plastic piece, and you can throw away the stone.
***STEP 2***
Drill a hole on the 2-Liter Soda Cap. Enough to Insert the inside End of the Plastic piece you got from STEP 1.
***STEP 3***
SuperGlue the base of the plastic piece to the outside of the CAP. This will give it more strength.
***STEP 4***
Silicone the Top and the Inside of the Cap around the plastic piece. This is to seal so no water leaks. (use waterproof Silicone, Allow this to take 3-5 hours to dry up, i recommend 100% strength to do not let get wet for 24 hours.)
***STEP 5***
Cut the Bottom of the 2-Liter Bottle. You may also Black-Tape around the cut area for safety sharp hazard.
***STEP 6***
After the Silicone is solid dry, and strong enough. Connect your tubing to the plastic piece on the outside. (You may use a open and close valve, so the water will now flow out of the tube, so you can close it or open it whenever its needed) (Close during hatchery, Open after is of settle down 20-30 mins to let the water + BBS flow out of the tube through the bottom, Into your BBS-NET)
***STEP 7***
Flip the bottle upside down like the picture, and Place it in a secure area where it will not tip over, or be knocked over.
**THE END! ENJOY YOUR NEW BBS-HATCHERY! (after you drain out the BBS, just rinse it and store it for next time use etc)

Cool video. Having Alot of check valves are better then having just one. i learned the hard way when my brine shrimp hatchery started to back into the valve after i shut the air off to harvest.
So Do you guys refrigerate your brine shrimp eggs? Just wondering. The place I buy mines from tells me to do it.

you have to kinda tap the edge right where it meets and it will break apart, the first one i tried to twist and bend and thats why it broke, so i used a knife to tap the edge and it just broke off then i just cleaned it off.
